Questions about a bot, a surface or a cell land with the people who run them. Questions about an order land faster somewhere else — we will say where.
What we are good for
Which bot suits a carpeted bedroom. Whether a textured wall will hold a gecko. Which cells a skitter bot takes and how to get at them. How many nanos fit inside one loop of Nano Land before they jam. Those are bench questions and we answer them ourselves.
What we cannot see
We do not take orders, hold them or ship them, so we have no tracking number, no delivery date and no way to look up a parcel. Anything to do with an order that already exists — where it is, when it lands, sending it back, a replacement for something broken in the box — goes through the order page of the store you bought it from. They have the record; we do not.
